Welcome to Knox Lincoln County Beekeepers! We are a community of beekeepers and enthusiasts from Lincoln and Knox County who are passionate about honey bees and their role in our ecosystem. Our goal is to create a supportive network that promotes responsible beekeeping practices and fosters learning and growth. Join us today to explore the amazing world of bees!
What you will get with your membership
MONTHLY CLASSES
We also have some exciting classes on the schedule for 2025 that are free to members of KLCBee. We will be bringing in the State Apiarist Jenn Lund, a few Master Beekeepers, some local experts, and we will also have those popular fireside chats. We will be sending out emails and watch the KLCBee Facebook page for event announcements.
CLUB EQUIPMENT
KLCBee has honey extracting equipment, observation hives and educational material for club members to use.
HIVE OPENINGS
During the summer months we will have hive openings. This is a hands-on experience and the chance to go to different apiaries and see what is going on in the hive and discuss what you are seeing and ask questions.
KLCB Membership Types
The KLCBee membership is a yearly membership that runs from
January 1 through December 31
Single Membership
KLCB membership for one person for the 2026 year
Family Membership
A Family membership shall consist of one or both parents and any child under 18 years of age for the 2026 year.
Individual Life Membership
Life Membership is a one-time payment of $120 per person
